Lisa Ciccarielli's Story
Married. 2 girls, Chelsea 17 and Amanda 12. Amanda was born late in life (age 37) but she keeps me on my toes. I live in Ft. Pierce (between Port St. Lucie & Vero Beach). I have 7 dogs, 3 cats, fresh & saltwater tanks, and I will not even mention the other crazy animals my children have and raise.
I work from home. I am a registered AKC (American Kennel Club) breeder (since 1981). I love all types of breeds, but my choice of breeds are English Bulldogs & Pugs. I used to breed Boxers, but no longer have my babies, they passed, but one day, I will get back into them. They are a wonderful breed but hiper & excited the 1st 2 yrs of life. Chief (my stud) was gorgeous. My boxers remain with us here at home in their Urns. My pug babies and English Bulldog babies will arrive shortly. I will be busy busy for 8 weeks, then my job is over & I relax until next round of puppies.
I love to play poker. When I can escape, I go play live poker at our newly recent opened Crystal Card Room. I love to challenge those people who love to bluff and take their money in "no limit" games. But, when I loose, I don't like it. It is fun, exciting & can be expensive so I cannot go as often as I would love too. The problem here is that I have played so much with the local community, we all know the other players & how they play. That is good and bad. I need a cheaper activity or hobby.
We love to camp. My husbad really enjoys it even though he does all the cooking, well, he does all the cooking anyways at home. He just relaxes & enjoys...Expand for more
the quiet time while I take the girls swimming or riding scooters, golf cart riding, etc. Well, my youngest. She is too young to be off on her own in this society. I always tell her my story about when I was growing up. I remember wondering the streets until 10:00 pm and trick or treating all over the place for miles & miles and walking to SW Baseball field, etc. There was not all this crap going on so much back then, well maybe, but it was not bad like it is today. Those were the good old days! Ue DO NOT do not camp in tents. We have a home away from home on wheels. We want to camp, but with the luxuries. Florida is just too hot and I hate to sweat, it was fine as a kid, but not now.
My sister Debbie, lives up here about 20 minutes from us and we are still very close, but she does not get me into trouble like I used to get into hanging out with her and her older friends. In fact, there are a few people from down there that lives within 20 mintues of us here. My brother is in Ga. I know of some others close to me in Hobe Sound too, but I am still on the search for additional classmates.
My yearbooks were destroyed in a hurricane so I am going on memory of names. Some really stick out. So, if I cannot quite put a face with the name and I ask, do not be offended, it is just I need help in remembering. I am also on Facebook like the entire world is. I prefer Facebook, but still check here periodically.
I want to hear from everyone! I love the stories of how all of us live now. We survived the good old days!
